Feedback needed – Draft Constitution and Rules

YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED – The NZSSA is a Registered Charity and an Incorporated Society.  The NZSSA is currently registered under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 which is being repealed on the 5 April 2026.  Under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 we need to reregister with the New Zealand Companies Office.   In order to do that we have had to review our current Constitution and Rules (C&R) to ensure that is it aligned with the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
